At SaroGenix, every product is made to order — printed especially for you. This allows us to deliver fresh, personalized styles, but it also means we follow a specific policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All SaroGenix products are custom-printed based on your selected size, color, and design. Therefore, we do not accept returns due to:
- Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchase)
- Change of mind or dislike after delivery
2. Replacements
We only offer replacements if:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered
- The print is faded, misaligned, or missing
To request a replacement:
- Email us at mail@sarogenix.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your Order ID, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description
If approved, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Important:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Replacements follow standard production and delivery timelines
- No returns or replacements for custom, clearance, or discounted items
3. Refunds
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
- Your order was cancelled before printing or dispatch
- The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
- You qualify for a replacement but no suitable option is available
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we will securely request your UPI or bank details to process the refund.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
